📋House Guidelines & Important Information 👥Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. 🪪 Minimum age of primary renter: 21 years old. The primary renter must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government-issued ID may be requested. ⏰ Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM 🚭No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. 🐾No pets. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees. 🎉No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 🤫Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. 🚗Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Please park in the driveway only. No street parking, lawn parking, or blocking neighboring driveways. 📺Streaming services are available using your own accounts. 🔥Grill and fire pit safety: Never leave the grill or fire pit unattended while in use. Please clean the grill after use. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. 🏊Pool safety: No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests use the pool at their own risk. A removable mesh barrier fence is stored in the outdoor poolside bin - it can be used to create separation between the pool and outdoor living area. 🔧Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly. 📷For security purposes, there is one motion-activated exterior camera monitoring the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. 🗑️Trash and recycling: Please place all trash and recycling in the designated containers located beside the house. Do not leave trash outdoors. Monday evenings trash is put curbside via trash valet service. ✅Check-Out Procedure: Place used towels in the bathrooms. If time permits, please load and start the dishwasher. Place all trash in the outdoor bins. Lock all doors before departure.
